Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We value your time and ours. Holistic Addictions requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of individual service appointments. Cancellations within this window may be charged the full session fee.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Missed appointments without prior notice (no-shows) may be charged the full session fee and are non-refundable. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to ensure the next client is not delayed. No partial refunds are provided for shortened sessions.
Programs & Online Courses
Due to the digital nature and immediate access provided, our online courses and digital programs are generally non-refundable. For long-term coaching programs, partial session adjustments may be charged the full session fee depending on the stage of commencement.
Workshops & Events
Tickets for workshops are refundable up to 7 days prior. Late cancellations may be charged the full session fee value as a recovery charge if the spot cannot be filled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. We are here to support you; if you have special circumstances, please reach out to us directly.
