Guidance & Clarity

What should I bring to the well-being sessions?

We suggest wearing comfortable attire that allows for gentle movement. A journal and an open mind are your best tools. All necessary yoga mats and cushions will be provided at the venue.

Is previous experience with meditation required?

Not at all. Our events are designed to be inclusive, offering guidance suited for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Our facilitators ensure a supportive pacing for everyone.

Are meals provided during the day retreat?

Yes, we provide a wholesome, plant-based lunch and herbal refreshments throughout the day. If you have specific dietary requirements, please indicate them during registration.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. To cancel or reschedule, Holistic Addictions requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
